Legion Load Board · Last updated: August 31, 2026
Legion Load Board ("the Service") is an internal application operated by Legion Logistics, LLC ("Legion", "we", "us") for use by Legion employees and authorized contractors. This policy describes what the Service collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
The Service is not offered to the public. Access is limited to authorized Legion personnel. There is no public sign-up, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone outside the organization.
The Service reads business records from systems Legion already operates:
These records are business and financial data. The Service does not collect consumer personal information, and it does not gather information from visitors browsing this website.
The Service's connection to QuickBooks Online is read-only. It does not create, modify, or delete any record in QuickBooks. Invoices continue to be created by Legion's transportation management system through its existing export.
Data is used solely to operate the Service for Legion's internal accounting and operations work — showing which loads require billing attention, which invoices remain unpaid, and where records are missing or inconsistent.
We do not sell, rent, or license this data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Access is limited to authorized Legion personnel and to service providers that host or support the Service under contract. Those providers may process data only as needed to deliver their services to Legion. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect Legion's legal rights.
Records are retained for as long as they are needed for Legion's accounting, operational, and legal recordkeeping obligations, and are deleted or archived after that period.
Access requires authentication and is limited to authorized users. Credentials and API secrets are stored in the server environment and are not exposed in the application or its database. Data is encrypted in transit. Access is logged.
An administrator may revoke the Service's access to QuickBooks Online at any time from within QuickBooks, or by using the disconnect function in the Service. On disconnection, the Service stops retrieving QuickBooks data and its stored access tokens are discarded.
We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date above reflects the most recent change.
