These terms govern use of Legion Load Board ("the Service"), an internal application operated by Legion Logistics, LLC ("Legion"). By accessing the Service you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

The Service is provided for Legion's internal business purposes only. Access is granted to Legion employees and authorized contractors and may be modified or revoked at any time. The Service is not offered to the public and no license to use it is granted to anyone outside the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials confidential and do not share access.
• Use the Service only for legitimate Legion business.
• Do not export, copy, or disclose data from the Service except as your role requires.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or interfere with the Service's operation.

Data sources and read-only access

The Service reads records from Legion's transportation management system and, on a read-only basis, from QuickBooks Online. It does not create, modify, or delete records in QuickBooks. Invoicing remains the responsibility of Legion's existing systems and processes.

Accuracy of information

The Service reports information drawn from other systems. Figures it displays depend on the accuracy and timeliness of those source systems, and should not be treated as a substitute for Legion's books of record. Accounting determinations remain the responsibility of Legion personnel.

Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Legion does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Third-party services

The Service connects to third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. Legion is not responsible for their availability or performance.

Confidentiality

Information available through the Service — including customer, carrier, rate, and financial data — is confidential business information of Legion. Obligations of confidentiality survive the end of your access to the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

Legion may revise these terms at any time. The revision date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
